Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 230C. Roast the cauliflower until brown and tender when pricked with a skewer, usually 50 minutes to one hour. Cut and serve. This dish is also nice served cold in a salad.
  2. Place the whole cauliflower on a baking tray. Coat the cauliflower with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Coat the vegetable in sumac liberally.
  3. Roast the cauliflower until brown and tender when pricked with a skewer, usually 50 minutes to one hour. Cut and serve.
Recipe Notes

Sumac is a middle eastern spice made from dried berries of the rhus coriaria plant. With an earthy (not spicy) taste, Sumac is highly anti oxidant and a great addition to an anti inflammatory diet. This dish is also nice served cold in a salad.
