Fish cakes
Mix all ingredients together and roll into small balls, flatten the balls into patties using the palm of your hand. Put a good quantity of olive oil in the frying pan and when hot fry the patties until golden. Makes 6 cakes. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for 4 days. Re heat before serving.
